Shoot a quick IM:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u201cI see you worked with XYZ\u2014can you tell me more?\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cDo you know ABC framework?\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If it looks like a good fit, the employer clicks a button: <em>\u201cWe\u2019re considering you for this role, please stand by.\u201d<\/em> Then they can instantly launch a video or voice interview, knowing the candidate is already at their desk and ready to go.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No more guessing if emails are correct. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No more waiting days for a call back. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No more resume black holes. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Just <strong>real people talking to real people in real time.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why This Beats the Current System<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Right now, most job boards are just a numbers game: more resumes, more job listings, more noise.
