Friday is Here and It’s Time for Stream Upgrades!
Friday is finally here! Good thing I was up until 3 a.m. working on OBS and Streamer.bot last night. I managed to finish the startup and ending screens, which feels like a big win. Next on my list are the Be Right Back screen (I’ve got some ideas) and stingers to make transitions smoother. One challenge I still need to tackle is an audio issue with one of the songs—something I’ll be troubleshooting soon.
Unboxing Time: Stream Upgrades and a Must-Have Pet Product
Today is package day! Two Amazon boxes arrived, and we’ll be unboxing them live on stream.
- Package #1: A must-have pet care item for anyone with dogs or cats. If you have pets, you won’t want to miss this one!
- Package #2: A bit of an experiment—I found a $16 security camera that boasts 1080p, remote control, and WiFi connectivity. The mic probably isn’t great for streaming, but my goal is to see if it works with OBS. If it does, this could be a cheap way to set up multiple cameras for the stream. We’ll be testing it out live!
A Warm Day in the North Country
After the brutal cold earlier this week, today’s 27°F feels like summer! It’s amazing how quickly we adjust to the seasons up here.
