Stream Fixes and Hoping for a Smoother Night
Tonight, I’ll be working on stream fixes to make everything run even smoother. After going back and watching some of last night’s YouTube stream, I noticed a few issues that need to be addressed before going live again.
One of the biggest problems was that I forgot to start the music at the beginning—that’s already fixed. I also saw that the full stream didn’t record, likely because we had to restart in the middle of it. Now that I’ve disabled shadows on stream images, we should experience fewer dropped frames and won’t need to restart. Who knew something so small could cause such a headache?
Taking a Break Before More Stream Fixes
After work today, I took a much-needed break to relax. Rusty got his meds, and I spent some extra time with the pup pups before taking a short nap.
Warm Rain and Melting Ice
The weather has been wild. Tonight, it’s warm and rainy, which is a nice change from the below-freezing temperatures we’ve been dealing with. With the ice finally starting to melt, I’m hoping some of the dangerous icicles break off in the next few days.
Chili Night – A Perfect Comfort Meal
For dinner, we’re having chili, which is one of my favorites—as long as I have some crackers to go with it! LOL. Nothing beats a hot meal on a rainy night.
Tonight’s Plans: More Stream Fixes and Grounded
After working on stream fixes, I’ll be jumping into Grounded for a relaxing gaming session. Hoping for a smooth stream with fewer issues this time!
