Welcome to the Tectuma.com house.
We stumbled on this house and after we went and saw it we fell in love with it. Great area, wonderful price, huge. So we decided to go for it. We sold our current house used what was left for the down on this one. It took every penny we had.
We have found 105 (20 articles per page) pages of news paper articles on https://nyshistoricnewspapers.org/ when we search for 30 Elm St Potsdam. So far we have managed to go thru 9 pages of them.
