• Outlets - There are no WORKING outlets in this room.

Long Term

• Floor - The floor is in bad shape and needs to be replaced.
• Ceiling - The acoustic tiles will have to be removed and the ceiling repaired or replaced.
• Over head light - We need to get a chandelier for this room. Right now there is a modern fixture in its place.

Done

• Cleaned radiators.
• Painted radiators.
• Filled a lot of the cracks and holes.
• Repainted all the walls.
• Repainted the stairs.
• Replaced all the light switch covers.
• Replaced all the outlet covers.
• Insulated all the light switches.
• Insulated all the outlets.
