WINTER, or a very good imitation of it, arrived in Potsdam last week. Despite the snow and a generally wet evening, hardy spirits sloshed and slipped to the Civic Center Friday night to meet a just reward at the hands of Varsity. Saturday night seemed to indicate someone's ship was in, what with all the sailors and toughs convergin' with their babes on the Hold In the Wall at 30 Elm, and the Sigma Delta splurging at their Fall Formal.
