1. A large and commodious dwelling house, barn, lot and premises, No. 30 Elm Street, Potsdam village, lately owned and occupied by H. W. Downey. This is an ideal location, one of the best in the village; the buildings are in splendid condition, well heated and lighted, modern in every way and ready for occupancy. This property is very desirable for a good home, a rooming or boarding house, a Fraternity or Lodge headquarters or apartment house.

2. A Farm of 89 acres on the new State road from Potsdam village to Winthrop, within one mile of Potsdam. This is one of the best producing pieces of land in St. Lawrence County.
