• Double curtain rods - Need to measure the window.
• Curtains Shears
• Curtains Blackout

• $128.00 Closet Doors - We will need to measure the door opening before we get a firm price but this is the style. The doors where removed or never installed.
  

• 2 x $86.39 Shoe Benches - To provide a place for people to take off their shoes before entering the house.

• Front Door - Needs to be redone or replaced
• Door into fourier - Not sure if it is even there. (Unknown)
• Shelf - needs to be added in the Closet
• Walls - Unknown
• Ceiling - Unknown
• Light - Unknown
• Floor - I think it is stick on tile.

Long Term

• Floor - Would like to replace with white tile later.
• Front Door - Replace.
• Door into fourier - Replace.
